What is My Gospel Events?
My Gospel Events is a platform dedicated to promoting Christian (Gospel) events. Our purpose is to connect churches, ministries, artists, and people seeking inspiring and faith-building events.
Can I register any type of event?
No. My Gospel Events accepts Christian (Gospel) events only, aligned with biblical values and principles.
Is the platform free?
Yes. The platform is offered free of charge for 1 year during the initial launch period.
How do I get started?
To get started, follow these steps:
- Create an account on the platform
- Register your organization (church, ministry, university, etc.)
- Create your events
- Publish your events
- Optionally, register speakers and bands that frequently participate in your events
When I save my event, is it automatically published?
No. You may save your event multiple times while building the event page.
The event is published only when you choose to publish it manually.
Can I edit or delete a published event?
- Edit: Yes. After making changes, remember to republish the event.
- Delete: A published event cannot be deleted directly. You must unpublish it first, then delete it.
Are all events published on the platform?
No. Only public events are displayed on the platform.
You control the visibility, including when events are embedded on other websites.
Can I create recurring events?
Yes. First, create the base event.
Then, edit the event and add additional dates.
Can I edit a recurring event?
Yes. When editing a recurring event, the platform will ask whether the changes should be applied to all related events.
⚠️ Warning: this action will replicate the same change across all recurring events.
How do I edit, unpublish, or delete an event?
You can manage your events directly through the administrative dashboard after logging into your account.
Why was my event removed?
Events that violate the Terms of Use, contain inappropriate content, or are not aligned with Christian values may be removed without prior notice.
The organizer may also be suspended or permanently banned, depending on the severity.
How is my personal data handled?
Your personal data is processed in compliance with Canadian privacy laws, especially PIPEDA.
What should I do if I attend an event that is not Christian?
You can and should report it using our contact form and including the event link.
