Let's be honest! Life is tough! First of all, it is busier than ever! We are involved in so many things, whether it is for ourselves, our families, our friends, our work, or so many other obligations we find ourselves with. Of course then there are those things we don't plan for too, that get put into the paths of our life...various trials and difficulties, tragedies, heartaches, mistakes we make, etc. Through it all we live our lives day by day. As it is, our lives are not perfect!

At Winkler Mennonite Church (WMC) we understand this! We are a bunch of people who aren't perfect either. Yes, it can be intimidating going to church because we have this idea that we have to hide our weekly, hey, let's be real...DAILY struggles, and push these things behind a fake smile, dressed in our Sunday best, hoping we look like everything is going just great.

At WMC we want you to come as you are, because that is what Jesus wants too. We want you to be loved, like Jesus loved you; loves us! We want you to know that we are just like you, mistake-prone sinners, and we want to have a relationship with you!

We don't want to put on "masks" because all of us at WMC have imperfect lives, just like you! At WMC we are REAL and we want you to be be REAL too. We want to have a relationship with you and welcome you to our family!
